TL;DR

Chief of Staff to CEO (Healthcare): Translate CEO priorities into sequenced company plans and drive execution across the organization with an accent on executive operating cadence, cross-functional alignment, and financial metrics. Focus on prepping CEO for board and investor forums, turning ETeam decisions into measurable outcomes, and strengthening executive team cohesion.

Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA. Prompt and regular attendance at assigned work location required. Ability to travel at least once quarterly.

Salary: Zone D: $226,616 - 258,938 + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do

  • Translate CEO priorities into focused company plans, pressure-test assumptions with ETeam, Finance, and Ops.
  • Prep CEO for key forums like board meetings and all-hands with narratives, talking points, and decision memos.
  • Design and run executive operating cadence including ETeam meetings, business reviews, and retreats.
  • Turn decisions into plans with owners, timelines, milestones, and metrics; track progress and remove roadblocks.
  • Drive cross-functional execution for high-stakes programs and partner with FP&A on forecasting and variance.
  • Strengthen executive team cohesion through offsites, operating norms, and constructive debate.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years in strategy and execution roles (Chief of Staff, GM/BU Ops, Product Ops, Corporate Strategy/Consulting) with track record of cross-functional programs.
  • Masters of Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of experience within the Healthcare Industry.
  • Operator toolkit: planning/OKRs, program management, decision memos, dashboards, exec communications.
  • Financial fluency linking strategy to P&L, unit economics, ROI; partner with FP&A.
  • Exceptional communication, high judgment, systems thinking, prioritization, change-management.
  • Mastery with OKR/project systems, data dashboards, collaboration tools.
