What you will do

• Translate leadership priorities into structured workplans, track progress on key initiatives, and intervene on stalled cross-functional efforts.
• Coordinate between Care Delivery and partners in Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Business Development.
• Monitor performance against clinical, operational, and financial KPIs; identify risks and develop recommendations.
• Draft communications, prepare for external engagements, and maintain high-performance culture through clarity and accountability.

Requirements

• 5-7 years in problem-solving, structured execution, and cross-functional influence roles.
• Background in healthcare operations, clinical program management, or adjacent field with exposure to care delivery.
• Exceptional communication, analytical thinking, and organizational intelligence.
• Proficiency in performance tools, dashboards, and project management; tech-savvy with tools like Google Suite, Slack, EHR.
• MBA preferred; experience in value-based care or oncology a plus.
