What you will do
- Own and deliver annual US$ gross profit targets for assigned accounts
- Develop 1- and 3-year strategic account plans aligned to mutual growth
- Build trusted partnerships with customer buying teams, regional managers, technical teams, and key agronomists
- Lead seasonal forecasting, stock monitoring, and pricing communication
- Act as commercial expert within a defined Crop Team and collaborate cross-functionally
- Provide market intelligence, manage relationships with 50–100 key influencers, and hold regular meetings
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in UK agrochemical / crop protection sector
- Proven track record in professional account management
- Strong commercial acumen to maximise mutual profit
- Confident negotiator and presenter for senior, commercial, and technical audiences
- Highly organised with strong forecasting and planning capability
- CRM and IT proficient (e.g. Microsoft Office, Salesforce)
- Willingness to travel extensively during season
