Key Account Manager – MTDC (Multi Tenant Data Centres), EMEA: Own and drive revenue growth for strategic MTDC end-customer accounts across EMEA with an accent on strategic account planning, stakeholder engagement, and ecosystem coordination. Focus on building opportunity pipelines, leading commercial negotiations, and ensuring structured execution in complex customer environments.

Location: UK – London Area (Luton office as main hub), Hybrid, significant travel across EMEA (approximately 50%)

What you will do

  • Own revenue growth and full lifecycle management for a portfolio of strategic Global/EMEA MTDC accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand market share and secure long-term partnerships
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, consultants, integrators, distributors, and internal teams across regions
  • Lead commercial negotiations, opportunity pipelines, and forecasting in Salesforce
  • Coordinate project-oriented execution and provide regular strategic updates to management

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years in sales or sales coordination in large international organizations
  • Minimum 3 years in MTDC / data centre industry
  • Strong strategic account management and complex partner ecosystem experience
  • International business exposure and cultural adaptability
  • Exceptional commercial acumen, project leadership, and communication skills
  • Fluent English required; Strong Salesforce experience

Nice to have

  • IT / data centre / security market knowledge
  • Additional European languages (e.g., French or German)
