What you will do

• Own and manage the end-to-end Salesforce ecosystem and related integrations.
• Design, build, and test scalable enhancements like custom objects, alerts, and page layouts.
• Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, handle edge cases, and deliver quality solutions.
• Implement solutions following best practices and conduct peer code reviews.
• Monitor and resolve logged errors such as integration disruptions and Apex issues.
• Collaborate via pull requests, documentation, and knowledge sharing; champion testing and observability.

Requirements

• 5+ years as Salesforce Developer in scalable environments.
• 1+ year with Lightning development.
• Experience with Salesforce Service, Sales, Experience Clouds.
• Skilled in custom applications, APEX, Visualforce unit testing.
• Building integrations with REST API, Platform Events, Streaming APIs.
• Understanding of Salesforce system limits for scaling.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Platform App Builder.
• Basic exposure to generative AI (Claude, AgentForce, Cursor).
