Salary: 165,000 PLN – 242,000 PLN

What you will do

• Architect and design secure, scalable solutions within the IMPartner platform and Salesforce ecosystem.
• Lead the end-to-end execution of features, translating complex business requirements into robust technical designs.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce, partner portals, and downstream systems.
• Implement RAG pipelines and AI agent frameworks to enhance data processing capabilities.
• Ensure 100% unit test coverage and maintain automated regression suites.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Flow, LWC).
• Proven experience with PRM platforms, specifically IMPartner.
• 1-2 years of general software engineering experience (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
• Expertise in AI agent frameworks, RAG pipelines, and vector search methodologies.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and secure solution development practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
