What you will do

• Lead Salesforce configuration, automation, and custom solution development using Apex and LWC.
• Manage and optimize integrations across the GTM tech stack including HubSpot, Data Cloud, and middleware.
• Design scalable data models and stage gates to ensure high data integrity and accurate reporting.
• Own the platform roadmap, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment for revenue operations.
• Provide end-user support, training, and platform maintenance to drive system adoption.
• Implement security reviews and health checks to ensure platform performance and compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer or in a similar technical role.
• Strong proficiency in data modeling and cross-object reporting.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and B2B data architectures.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a proactive, customer-obsessed mindset.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Advanced Administrator certification preferred.
