What you will do

• Develop IT governance and implement best practices to modernize development efforts.
• Create system architecture mock-ups and provide technical input to non-technical stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to ensure organizational strategies align with market conditions.
• Perform root cause analysis and deploy resolutions for program office and personnel accounts.
• Gather requirements and present technical solutions to stakeholders.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• 5+ years of total experience, including 5+ years of Salesforce development.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in an Agile development environment.
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I.
• Proficiency with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Federal consulting experience, particularly with DHS.
• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I).
• Competency in .NET, SQL, C++, or SOAP-based web services.
• Strong customer engagement and briefing skills using PowerPoint and Visio.
