Location: Jersey City, NJ (#LI-Hybrid, US Based ONLY)

New Hire Base Salary Range: $78,240 - $95,820; New Hire On-Target Earnings (Base + Commissions): $130,400 - $159,700

What you’ll do

• Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to close for net-new accounts.
• Prospect into $1M–$10M SMBs using creative outbound, AI tools, and data-driven targeting.
• Engage founders, operators, and finance leaders to understand banking and cash flow needs.
• Develop and run A/B tests on messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies.
• Position hirify.global’s products as core to a company’s financial stack and build your pipeline.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and growth teams to refine ICP and capture learnings.

Requirements

• 5+ years in sales, business development, or closing roles
• Experience selling to founders, startups, or SMB operators (fintech strongly preferred)
• Proven pipeline generation through outbound efforts
• Experience using AI tools for prospecting, research, and personalization
• Analytical mindset for testing and iterating on messaging/targeting
• Strong communication skills to simplify financial concepts
