Salary: $145,000-$175,000 base + bonus

Incubation firm building tech-led companies in healthcare, cyber, and national security. Vantive Technology is a pre-seed startup creating a scenario planning engine for supply chains integrating with ERPs, PLMs, and MES.

What you will do

• Own GTM execution including lead generation, qualification, pilot scoping, and conversion to paid engagements.
• Act as external advocate at events to generate qualified pipeline.
• Engage prospects to understand pain points, urgency, budget, and decision criteria.
• Drive pilots and design-partner relationships toward commercial outcomes.
• Shape discovery-driven use cases informing product roadmap and GTM positioning.
• Translate platform capabilities into compelling narratives tied to outcomes like risk reduction and resilience.

Requirements

• 8+ years in business development, GTM, B2B sales, or solutions engineering
• Demonstrated success in early customer engagements and pilots in ambiguous environments
• Strong understanding of supply chain analytics, multi-tier chains, and production environments
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and guide problem definition
• Experience working with technical teams like data science or software engineering
• Comfort in fast-moving, pre-product-market-fit startup settings with entrepreneurial mindset

Nice to have

• Experience in defense, aerospace, or critical manufacturing
• Background in scenario planning or enterprise GTM
• Previous startup or early-stage experience
