What you will do
- Proactively engage smaller clients via calls to boost participation and rebate potential.
- Educate customers on program benefits, suppliers, rebates, and portal features.
- Guide purchasing optimization, identify upsell opportunities, and track engagement metrics.
- Maintain CRM records, meet outreach targets, and share insights with internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and minimum 2 years of related experience.
- Excellent phone and virtual communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of supplier networks and rebate programs.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to simplify complex information, with strong organization and self-motivation.
