What you will do
- Develop understanding of ECI MES (Amper) and nurture relationships with assigned customers.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to identify needs and present upsell options.
- Collaborate with sales team on lead qualification, pipeline management, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Provide customer service as primary contact, resolving issues and maintaining support contracts.
- Log all outreach in Salesforce and produce activity reports.
- Meet daily, weekly, monthly quality goals and sales quotas.
Requirements
- Location: Must be in the US for remote work
- Proven sales track record, preferably in software/technology.
- Experience with manufacturing customers and processes highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with ability to work independently and in teams.
- Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree highly desirable.
