Annual base salary: $172,500. Annual on-target variable commission: $69,000.

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and support a team of Sales and Account Managers to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor pipeline health, ensure accurate forecasting, and drive performance through feedback and goal setting.
- Support complex negotiations, enforce sales processes, and promote team collaboration.
- Prepare pipeline reports, participate in recruiting and onboarding, and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
- Foster a positive team environment and role model company values.
Requirements
- 5+ years in sales or account management, including 2+ years in supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven success with Salesforce or similar CRM; experience with Outreach, Gong.
- Strong negotiation skills and deep understanding of financial markets, private equity, and venture capital.
- Exceptional communication, organizational skills, and high emotional intelligence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; self-motivated with urgency under pressure.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
