Location: Remote; Washington D.C. or Seattle preferred
Salary: $175,000-$225,000 base plus bonus

What you will do
- Own and close net-new enterprise deals from first meeting to contract and expansion
- Navigate complex org structures to identify sponsors, buyers, and champions
- Lead consultative sales cycles understanding workflows, objectives, and pain points
- Develop ROI models tied to cost reduction, efficiency, risk mitigation, and revenue
- Design and run POCs with success criteria and executive alignment
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership to advance deals
- Build territory plans, generate pipeline, and hit ARR targets
Requirements
- 8+ years enterprise sales with quota attainment
- Proven closing of $250k–$1M+ ARR complex deals
- Experience selling technical SaaS, AI, data, or cloud platforms
- Ability to pitch technical products to technical and non-technical audiences
- Understanding of enterprise architectures, APIs, security, cloud
- Face-to-face and virtual C-level selling experience

- Background in regulated industries like healthcare, energy, government
- Exposure to AI, automation, RPA, or agent systems
- Search or data infrastructure knowledge
- MEDDIC, Challenger, or solution selling methodologies
