Senior Enterprise Sales Executive (AI): Own the full sales cycle for net-new enterprise customers selling Trase’s AI agent platform into complex organizations with an accent on value-driven consultative sales, ROI models, and production deployments. Focus on navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees, designing outcome-based POCs, and closing large $250k–$10M+ ARR deals.

Location: Remote; Washington D.C. or Seattle preferred

Salary: $175,000-$225,000 base plus bonus

hirify.global is an incubation firm building scalable tech companies in healthcare, cyber, and national security. Trase Systems offers an end-to-end AI platform for enterprise AI adoption, specializing in AI agents.

What you will do

  • Own and close net-new enterprise deals from first meeting to contract and expansion
  • Navigate complex org structures to identify sponsors, buyers, and champions
  • Lead consultative sales cycles understanding workflows, objectives, and pain points
  • Develop ROI models tied to cost reduction, efficiency, risk mitigation, and revenue
  • Design and run POCs with success criteria and executive alignment
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership to advance deals
  • Build territory plans, generate pipeline, and hit ARR targets

Requirements

  • 8+ years enterprise sales with quota attainment
  • Proven closing of $250k–$1M+ ARR complex deals
  • Experience selling technical SaaS, AI, data, or cloud platforms
  • Ability to pitch technical products to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Understanding of enterprise architectures, APIs, security, cloud
  • Face-to-face and virtual C-level selling experience

Nice to have

  • Background in regulated industries like healthcare, energy, government
  • Exposure to AI, automation, RPA, or agent systems
  • Search or data infrastructure knowledge
  • MEDDIC, Challenger, or solution selling methodologies
