What you will do
- Build prospect engagement strategies and qualified pipeline in cold and warm channels.
- Execute the entire sales process, pitch payment orchestration and value-added services to global enterprises.
- Drive urgency, mutual action plans, and winning negotiations with C-suite stakeholders.
- Master ’s technology stack and help merchants understand product value and capabilities.
- Supervise compliance processes and technical implementation for seamless onboarding.
- Launch and ramp up new merchants, monitor metrics, and identify growth opportunities data-driven.
Requirements
- 2+ years commercial experience in sales or business development at SaaS, fintech/paytech, e-commerce, or B2B companies across the EU
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach
- Self-starter mindset to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills for managing complexity and data-informed decisions
- Committed to continuous learning and pride in work

- Deep understanding of payments ecosystem (acquiring, processing, fraud prevention, routing, compliance)
