Focus on driving qualified pipeline growth, becoming a product expert, and ensuring seamless merchant onboarding and ramp-up.

What you will do

  • Build prospect engagement strategies and qualified pipeline in cold and warm channels.
  • Execute the entire sales process, pitch payment orchestration and value-added services to global enterprises.
  • Drive urgency, mutual action plans, and winning negotiations with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Master hirify.global’s technology stack and help merchants understand product value and capabilities.
  • Supervise compliance processes and technical implementation for seamless onboarding.
  • Launch and ramp up new merchants, monitor metrics, and identify growth opportunities data-driven.

Requirements

  • 2+ years commercial experience in sales or business development at SaaS, fintech/paytech, e-commerce, or B2B companies across the EU
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach
  • Self-starter mindset to thrive in fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills for managing complexity and data-informed decisions
  • Committed to continuous learning and pride in work

Nice to have

  • Deep understanding of payments ecosystem (acquiring, processing, fraud prevention, routing, compliance)
