Principal Solutions Engineer, Strategic France (French Speaking)

Location: Remote in France or the United Kingdom; occasional travel required.

What you will do

• Conduct customer discovery to assess business challenges, goals, and technical requirements.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations that connect technical capabilities to customer needs.
• Develop proof-of-concept environments and lead interactive workshops.
• Partner with enterprise sales teams, channel partners, account managers, and product stakeholders on strategic transformation deals.
• Track hirify.global’s product roadmap, strengthen pre-sales expertise, and communicate competitive differentiators.
• Experiment with engaging pre-sales approaches, including gamification and audience participation.

Requirements

• At least four years of sales engineering experience covering large strategic accounts.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fluency in French and English required.
• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally.
