What you will do

• Manage integrated workback plans across readiness, validation, communications, and launch milestones.
• Execute end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) programs and manage ring-based deployments.
• Coordinate phased rollouts, manage iteration cycles, and track issue triage throughout the process.
• Partner with engineering teams to align timelines and translate user feedback into prioritized technical insights.
• Coordinate readiness activities, including communications, learning assets, and launch preparation drills.
• Act as the connective tissue across program leaders, CX teams, vendors, and engineering partners.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional experience in program or project management.
• Proven experience managing UAT, pilots, or phased program rollouts.
• At least one year of full-time experience working within a large, enterprise technology organization.
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills without direct authority and ability to work in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Advanced experience developing stakeholder-ready presentations and using collaboration tools.

Nice to have

• PMI, PMP, or equivalent project/program management certification.
• Experience running Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) in a program execution context.
• Background in engineering-adjacent or delivery-focused program management.
• Familiarity with enterprise collaboration platforms for planning and documentation.
