What you will do
- Manage integrated workback plans across readiness, validation, communications, and launch milestones.
- Execute end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) programs and manage ring-based deployments.
- Coordinate phased rollouts, manage iteration cycles, and track issue triage throughout the process.
- Partner with engineering teams to align timelines and translate user feedback into prioritized technical insights.
- Coordinate readiness activities, including communications, learning assets, and launch preparation drills.
- Act as the connective tissue across program leaders, CX teams, vendors, and engineering partners.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of professional experience in program or project management.
- Proven experience managing UAT, pilots, or phased program rollouts.
- At least one year of full-time experience working within a large, enterprise technology organization.
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills without direct authority and ability to work in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Advanced experience developing stakeholder-ready presentations and using collaboration tools.
Nice to have
- PMI, PMP, or equivalent project/program management certification.
- Experience running Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) in a program execution context.
- Background in engineering-adjacent or delivery-focused program management.
- Familiarity with enterprise collaboration platforms for planning and documentation.
