What you will do
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing digital sales team focused on acquiring new dealer business and exceeding revenue goals.
- Provide direction and leadership in developing and closing sales opportunities using consultative approach to drive revenue.
- Conduct one-on-ones, performance reviews, and pipeline coaching sessions.
- Build, document, and improve new business development playbooks and processes.
- Use data-driven insights to adjust strategy, coaching, and resourcing; monitor funnel metrics and conversion rates.
Requirements
- 5+ years B2B digital marketing/advertising in account management and/or business development
- 2+ years experience in people management
- Demonstrated track record of over-achievement of budget & KPI expectations
- Experience selling B2B Digital Marketing solutions (Marketplace, Media, or Marketing preferred)
- CRM experience (Salesforce)
- Comfortable developing actionable insights from large data sets
Nice to have
- Experience, knowledge, and relationships in Recreational (Powersports, RV, Marine) and Commercial (Truck, Heavy Equipment) industries
- Familiarity with digital marketing, media sales, or technology platforms
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related discipline
