What you will do

• Serve as senior accounting lead for multiple clients, ensuring accurate and timely deliverables aligned with expectations.
• Oversee full accounting cycle, financial statements, reconciliations, and risk management across teams.
• Lead client discussions, present financials, explain variances, and advise on process improvements.
• Mentor and develop Accounting Managers and offshore teams, ensuring accountability and capability building.
• Evaluate workflows, identify inefficiencies, and drive scalable process optimizations.
• Conduct root cause analysis for systemic issues and implement long-term solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in supervisory or management role
• 3+ years’ experience in restaurant accounting
• Advanced expertise in full-cycle accounting, complex reconciliations, financial statement review, and risk focus
• Exceptional client management and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple clients, teams, and priorities
