TL;DR

Outbound Business Development Representative (Foodservice): Execute targeted multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) to qualify opportunities and book introductory meetings with enterprise decision-makers in the foodservice industry. Focus on prospecting high-value accounts, uncovering challenges, and collaborating with sales teams to build the pipeline.

Location: Based out of Waltham, MA office. Unable to offer sponsorship for work authorization.

What you will do

  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns to identify and qualify new opportunities from assigned accounts.
  • Research prospects, prioritize efforts, and uncover challenges through discovery conversations.
  • Identify decision-makers, build rapport, and recommend BEP solutions.
  • Schedule introductory meetings for Account Executives and follow up to ensure pipeline development.
  • Communicate value proposition persuasively and collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
  • Contribute to refining the enterprise sales playbook as an early team member.

Requirements

  • Some sales prospecting, outbound inside sales, SDR/BDR experience ideally.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging senior executives.
  • Comfortable with high-volume calls and multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn).
  • Strong research, analytical skills, and resilience in quota-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Coachability and team-focused mindset in fast-paced setting.
