What You'll Do
- Own and grow a territory of Regional PMC accounts end-to-end
- Manage full sales cycle from self-sourced and inbound discovery through close
- Generate pipeline via outbound prospecting, events, and referrals
- Close $40K–$80K+ ACV deals involving multiple products and decision-makers
- Execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts
- Forecast accurately using Salesforce, Gong, and Notion; represent at industry events
Requirements
- 2+ years full-cycle SaaS sales experience, preferably in proptech, real estate, or operational software
- Proven ability to self-generate pipeline in territory-based roles
- Track record closing $40K–$80K+ ACV deals with multi-stakeholder complexity
- Experience selling to technical, operational, or C-level buyers
- Located in West Coast US geography; up to 30-40% travel
- High ownership, urgency, and alignment with core values
Nice to have
- Experience in multifamily or property management companies
- Knowledge of multifamily maintenance workflows (inspections, make-readies)
- Sales methodology training (Winning By Design, Sandler, SPIN)
