What You'll Do

  • Own and grow a territory of Regional PMC accounts end-to-end
  • Manage full sales cycle from self-sourced and inbound discovery through close
  • Generate pipeline via outbound prospecting, events, and referrals
  • Close $40K–$80K+ ACV deals involving multiple products and decision-makers
  • Execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts
  • Forecast accurately using Salesforce, Gong, and Notion; represent at industry events

Requirements

  • 2+ years full-cycle SaaS sales experience, preferably in proptech, real estate, or operational software
  • Proven ability to self-generate pipeline in territory-based roles
  • Track record closing $40K–$80K+ ACV deals with multi-stakeholder complexity
  • Experience selling to technical, operational, or C-level buyers
  • Located in West Coast US geography; up to 30-40% travel
  • High ownership, urgency, and alignment with core values

Nice to have

  • Experience in multifamily or property management companies
  • Knowledge of multifamily maintenance workflows (inspections, make-readies)
  • Sales methodology training (Winning By Design, Sandler, SPIN)
