Sales Development Representative (Cybersecurity): Building the top of the sales funnel and defining outbound go-to-market motions for an open source security infrastructure stack with an accent on lead qualification and outbound prospecting. Focus on identifying high-quality meetings for Account Executives and experimenting with messaging to refine the ICP.
Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco
Salary: $100,000 – $160,000 (OTE)

What you will do
- Qualify leads and book high-quality meetings for Account Executives.
- Develop a deep understanding of the product, customer pain points, and use cases.
- Experiment with messaging, channels, and ICPs to define scalable motions.
- Provide direct market feedback to shape sales motion and positioning.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a quota-driven role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High urgency, grit, and a coachable mindset.
- Comfortable with rejection and motivated by goals and competition.
- Must be based in San Francisco or willing to relocate to work onsite.
Nice to have
- Prior SDR/BDR experience at a SaaS company.
- Experience selling to developers or technical buyers.
