TL;DR

Enterprise Business Development Representative (Foodservice): Executing targeted multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) to book introductory meetings with enterprise decision-makers, uncovering challenges and qualifying opportunities for sales pipeline. Focus on prospecting assigned accounts, lead discovery, relationship building, and collaborating with Account Executives to meet targets.

Location: Based out of Waltham, MA office. Unable to offer sponsorship for work authorization.

What you will do

  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns to identify and qualify new opportunities from specified accounts.
  • Research accounts, prioritize efforts, and uncover prospects' challenges through discovery conversations.
  • Identify decision-makers, build rapport, and recommend BEP solutions to advance opportunities.
  • Schedule introductory meetings for Account Executives, follow up, and communicate value proposition effectively.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop pipeline, meet targets, and refine enterprise strategies.
  • Contribute to defining the enterprise sales playbook as an early team member.

Requirements

  • Some sales prospecting, outbound inside sales, SDR/BDR experience ideally.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging senior executives.
  • Comfortable with high-volume daily calls and multi-channel outreach.
  • Strong research, analytical skills, and resilience in quota-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Coachability and team-focused mindset in fast-paced setting.
