TL;DR

Channel Partner Manager (Foodservice Procurement): Serve as key point of contact for channel partners, developing and growing strategic relationships while driving program success and market share expansion. Focus on building scalable processes, monitoring performance metrics, automating operations, and collaborating with leadership on market opportunities.

Location: New London, CT; Waltham, MA. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

What you will do

  • Serve as key point of contact for Channel Partners, communicating offerings and representing the company professionally.
  • Develop, service, and grow strategic relationships, identifying opportunities for expansion and upselling.
  • Build and automate repeatable processes for scalable partnerships, measuring performance and providing monthly reporting.
  • Host regular calls, share best practices, and collaborate with VPs on market challenges.
  • Maintain documentation, utilize Salesforce for tracking, and act as internal advocate for partners.
  • Proactively resolve issues and pursue value expansion within the partner ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Account Management or Sales Management experience, including remote or inside sales.
  • Demonstrated leadership, strong communication, customer service, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and dashboards for performance metrics.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Restaurant or foodservice industry experience.
