What you will do
- Guide customers through the onboarding process and help them make optimal technical decisions for their production environments.
- Build Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and demos to demonstrate the platform's value to prospective users.
- Collaborate with the CEO and product team to translate customer feedback into core product requirements.
- Design and implement scalable processes to identify and qualify high-quality business prospects.
- Act as a technical advocate for customers, ensuring meets the needs of complex engineering teams.
Requirements
- Strong experience with infrastructure products and a deep understanding of the Big Cloud product portfolio.
- Ability to work with Terraform (TF) configurations and Kubernetes (K8s) setups.
- Proven track record in fast-paced, small venture-backed teams.
- Analytical ability to deconstruct customer feedback and identify core technical pain points.
- High empathy for developer workflows and a strong sense of ownership.
