TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Generate pipeline and qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting across digital platforms, gaming, AI, and technology companies with an accent on account research, tailored messaging, and lead qualification. Focus on identifying stakeholders, mapping pain points, and building early relationships with product, legal, privacy, and engineering leaders.

Remote in USA, Canada, UK; Remote or Hybrid in Singapore, United States

What you will do

  • Identify, research, and prioritize target accounts; build outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and events to generate qualified meetings.
  • Develop tailored messaging for buyer personas in product, legal, privacy, trust & safety, policy, security, and engineering.
  • Qualify leads based on fit, urgency, and potential; maintain high activity levels against pipeline goals.
  • Map accounts, track market trends in online safety, privacy, and regulations; provide feedback on messaging and prospect needs.
  • Maintain CRM records in HubSpot; partner with sales, marketing, and founders for account strategy and handoffs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years in sales development, business development, inside sales, or lead generation, ideally in SaaS/technology.
  • Proven outbound prospecting success; strong English communication for email, phone, LinkedIn.
  • High-volume outreach with disciplined follow-up; organized, independent in startup environment.
  • Experience with CRM/sales tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach.
  • Account research, decision-maker identification, tailored messaging skills; self-starter with goal orientation.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to digital platforms, gaming, AI, developer tools, social products, marketplaces.
  • Familiarity with API products, infrastructure, trust & safety, compliance tech.
  • Knowledge of privacy, online safety, youth protection, age verification regulations.
  • Engaging stakeholders across product, legal, privacy, trust & safety, policy, security teams.
  • Work in regulated/compliance-sensitive environments.
