Salary: $92,160 - $115,200 CAD

What you will do

  • Design and iterate vILT curriculum for Admin Enablement Program and What’s New webinars in partnership with instructional designers and product SMEs.
  • Deliver high-impact virtual training sessions using platforms like Zoom, zuddl, and Kahoot, adapting to audience feedback in real-time.
  • Mentor facilitators, contribute to team processes, and represent Education in cross-functional initiatives.
  • Analyze feedback to refine programs and propose new modules or learning formats blending vILT, on-demand content, and job aids.
  • Champion customer education in internal discussions and lead special projects like piloting Generative AI technologies.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in instructional delivery, technical training, or customer enablement.
  • Strong understanding of software products, preferably incentive compensation, enterprise SaaS, or analytics.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills; ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Experience with virtual platforms (Zoom, zuddl), collaboration tools (Slack, Confluence, Jira), and LMS (Docebo).
  • Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Proven mentoring experience and strong organizational skills.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with hirify.global or similar compensation management platforms.
