What you will do
- Employ consultative sales to identify client needs and present software solutions for efficiency and profitability; conduct outbound lead generation and meet monthly quotas.
- Build strong relationships with restaurant owners and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on pain points.
- Deliver customized product demonstrations and presentations highlighting accounting, payroll, and operational improvements.
- Stay current on restaurant industry trends; attend events and network to expand connections.
- Maintain sales metrics in Salesforce and collaborate with product and support teams on feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years of B2B software sales closing experience, preferably in restaurant industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for complex sales cycles
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, payroll, and accounting (plus)
- Experience with RFP process (plus)
- Self-motivated and results-driven, able to work independently and in teams
