What you will do

  • Serve as strategic partner to APJ Sales leadership, providing data-backed insights, coaching on presentations, and maintaining objective perspective.
  • Deploy AI tools to accelerate analysis, automate workflows like forecasting and pipeline inspection, and prototype AI-assisted solutions.
  • Lead sales planning including territory design, quota setting, headcount modeling, and operating plans.
  • Drive rhythm of business: forecasting, pipeline reviews, renewal readiness, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Own analytical agenda, conduct metrics reviews, prepare QBR materials, and develop reporting dashboards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Enablement, Finance, and others to drive accountability and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as strategic business partner to Sales or GTM leadership in SaaS environment.
  • Deep understanding of full SaaS sales cycle from land through expansion and renewal.
  • Strong analytical capability to build data-backed narratives and recommendations.
  • Proven AI project experience with concrete example of AI-enabled workflow in GTM or Revenue Operations.
  • Working fluency with AI tooling including LLM-based tools and prompt engineering.
  • High EQ, executive presence, proficiency in Salesforce, and experience with sales planning activities.
