hirify.global is building Autonomous Security Infrastructure for modern organizations operating in complex, cloud-native environments.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to close.
  • Define and document hirify.global’s US sales motion, qualification framework, and messaging.
  • Establish hirify.global’s presence and credibility in the US market.
  • Hire and mentor future Account Executives and sales roles.
  • Build deep relationships with early customers and design partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in cybersecurity, cloud, or developer-focused products.
  • Strong track record selling complex, technical products in the US market.
  • Comfortable working without existing structure, playbooks, or brand recognition.
  • Ability to work closely with technical founders and security engineers.
  • Strong ownership mindset and ambition to grow into a Head of Sales or VP Sales role.

Nice to have

  • Experience in cybersecurity is a strong bonus, but not a requirement if you can learn fast and sell with credibility.
