TL;DR
Sales Development Representative (B2B Sales): Generate new business opportunities by booking outbound meetings through cold calls, emails, social outreach, and research with an accent on engaging C-suite decision-makers and qualifying leads. Focus on conducting discovery conversations, managing sales pipeline in Salesforce, and collaborating with BDMs to convert opportunities into qualified leads.
Location: Office-based in Boston. Required in office 5 days/week during initial training, then option for 4 days/week.
Salary: Base $50,000/year, OTE $75,000 (with commission).

What you will do
- Book outbound meetings via cold calls, emails, social outreach, networking, and research.
- Engage C-suite and Director-level prospects to communicate product value.
- Conduct discovery calls to evaluate pain points and qualify leads.
- Deliver tailored marketing content to drive prospect engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Manage and update sales pipeline in Salesforce for seamless handoff to sales team.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers to convert opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
- Track record of overachievement and exceeding targets.
- Sales experience preferred but not essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High emotional intelligence and time management skills.
- Adaptable mindset for fast-paced scale-up environment.
