TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (B2B Sales): Generate new business opportunities by booking outbound meetings through cold calls, emails, social outreach, and research with an accent on engaging C-suite decision-makers and qualifying leads. Focus on conducting discovery conversations, managing sales pipeline in Salesforce, and collaborating with BDMs to convert opportunities into qualified leads.

Location: Office-based in Boston. Required in office 5 days/week during initial training, then option for 4 days/week.

Salary: Base $50,000/year, OTE $75,000 (with commission).

What you will do

  • Book outbound meetings via cold calls, emails, social outreach, networking, and research.
  • Engage C-suite and Director-level prospects to communicate product value.
  • Conduct discovery calls to evaluate pain points and qualify leads.
  • Deliver tailored marketing content to drive prospect engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage and update sales pipeline in Salesforce for seamless handoff to sales team.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers to convert opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
  • Track record of overachievement and exceeding targets.
  • Sales experience preferred but not essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High emotional intelligence and time management skills.
  • Adaptable mindset for fast-paced scale-up environment.
