Base Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 (total comp potential up to $80,000)

What you will do
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls and email sequences against target accounts to book qualified meetings for AEs.
- Penetrate accounts with persistence and drive pipeline generation as primary metric.
- Drive registrations and follow-up meetings for events and field programs.
- Deliver marketing campaigns and provide email support for active AE deals.
- Operate within defined sequences while personalizing outreach at scale.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of outbound sales or BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS or technology.
- Demonstrated ability to hit activity and pipeline metrics.
- Strong phone presence for cold calls and excellent written communication for emails.
- High energy, competitive, coachable, and process-oriented.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and sales engagement platforms.
- Ability to manage priorities across prospecting, events, and campaigns.
Nice to have
- Experience in Federal, Defense, or Financial Services verticals.
- Exposure to cybersecurity or zero-trust concepts.
- Familiarity with tools like Clay, ZoomInfo, Gong Engage, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
