TL;DR

hirify.global is building an AI-native cybersecurity platform designed to reason, prioritize, and act autonomously, replacing fragmented security tooling with intelligent systems for modern organizations.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to close for a complex AI cybersecurity product.
  • Develop deep relationships with early customers and design partners, acting as the voice of the customer for product insights.
  • Define sales process, messaging, qualification frameworks, pricing, packaging, and playbooks for outbound, inbound, and partner-led sales.
  • Collaborate on ICP definition, buyer personas, market segmentation, and positioning against competitors.
  • Hire, mentor, and scale the future sales team, defining roles, compensation, metrics, and sales culture.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in cybersecurity, cloud, or developer-focused products.
  • Comfortable selling complex, technical solutions to technical and executive buyers.
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate without existing structure.
  • Strong communication skills and credibility with security, engineering, and leadership teams.
  • Ambition to grow into Head of Sales or commercial leadership role.

Nice to have

  • Experience building or scaling early-stage sales motions.
  • Cybersecurity experience.
