What you will do

• Support end-user environments including laptops and device management with MDM
• Assist with identity and access management, provisioning/deprovisioning accounts
• Maintain SaaS tools like Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, and 1Password
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes
• Write basic Python/Bash scripts for repetitive IT tasks
• Enforce security policies including patching, disk encryption, and MFA
• Maintain asset inventory, documentation, and respond to IT support requests
• Assist with compliance tasks for SOC 2 and ISO 27001

Requirements

• 1–3 years in IT support or helpdesk role
• Comfortable in Mac-first, remote environment
• Basic familiarity with MDM tools (Mosyle, Jamf or similar)
• Some exposure to identity tools like Okta or Google Workspace
• Eager to learn scripting and automation
• Security-conscious, detail-oriented, strong communicator
• Self-starter able to work independently in remote-first setup

Nice to have

• Exposure to AWS or cloud environments
• Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance
• Experience at a startup or fast-growing company
