What you will do
- Own and manage a territory of estate agent customers
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Conduct regular in-person customer meetings and account reviews
- Drive product adoption and identify upsell opportunities
- Deliver product demos, onboarding sessions, and performance insights
- Maintain structured pipeline and account plans in CRM
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in account management, partnerships, or sales
- Strong commercial instincts and consultative selling ability
- Confident communicator comfortable with business owners
- Self-motivated with ability to manage a regional territory
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across NI
