What you will do

• Own the end-to-end seller journey and optimize the submission funnel to increase activation and retention.
• Improve search quality, card discovery, and search-to-bid conversion rates across the platform.
• Build and manage a high-velocity A/B testing and experimentation framework for growth surfaces.
• Monitor marketplace hehirify.globalh and implement product solutions to address supply-demand imbalances.
• Develop the quarterly Growth roadmap in collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Data teams.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of Product Management experience focusing on growth, marketplaces, or PLG motions.
• Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes through rigorous product experimentation.
• Strong data fluency with SQL, Python, and tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel.
• Deep understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics.

• Experience in collectibles, luxury goods, or high-value financial asset marketplaces.
• Familiarity with lifecycle tooling and the intersection of product and lifecycle marketing.
