What you will do

• Evaluate and treat patients with depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, and bipolar disorder using comprehensive assessments and novel evidence-based treatments.
• Create and execute tailored treatment plans combining medication and brief psychotherapy in collaboration with mental health professionals.
• Promote compassionate, patient-centered care with empathy and respect in all interactions.
• Explore and integrate new therapeutic techniques and technologies to improve outcomes and efficiency.
• Participate in case reviews with peers and physicians to enhance clinical skills.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license and DEA license in Texas
• Board certification as PMHNP (ANCC) and residency in Texas
• At least 1 year professional experience as PMHNP
• Comfort providing care remotely via telehealth
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency with technology/EHR systems
• Commitment to minimum 1-year tenure and patient-centered care
