Salary: $150K – $200K + 0.1% – 0.5% equity

What you will do

• Create dev-focused blogs or videos about hirify.global.
• Speak at dev conferences and organize/present at meetups.
• Help users set up hirify.global and understand their use cases.
• Engage in online dev communities and promote the product.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience as a software engineer.
• Hands-on with code in different languages and deployment (Kubernetes, Docker) – enough for sample apps.
• Active in dev communities (GitHub, Slack); open source contributions a plus.
• Understanding of cloud-native ecosystem, Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry (plus).
• Curious, get-stuff-done attitude; interest in startups.
