What you will do

• Orchestrate executive and leadership meetings, prepare materials, capture decisions, and ensure follow-through.
• Quarterback quarterly planning, strategy documentation, and cross-functional alignment.
• Lead investor communications, board materials production, and support fundraising efforts.
• Coordinate legal vendors, track deliverables, and support contract reviews.
• Support priority hiring, onboarding, offsites, and culture initiatives.
• Manage special projects, fund administration, and high-priority executive initiatives.
