• Navigate complex technical environments and build trust with engineering and leadership stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal sales, product, and technical teams to resolve customer challenges.

Requirements

• Experience owning customer relationships in a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
• Proven track record of managing commercial outcomes, including renewals and growth.
• Experience working with technical products or engineering-led organizations.
• Ability to build relationships across both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong organization, communication, and follow-through skills.
