TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (E-commerce): Empowering retailers to leverage hirify.global’s personalization platform, Visual UGC, and AI-driven strategies with an accent on customer lifecycle management, retention, and growth. Focus on building client relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, delivering webinars, and relaying market insights to product teams.

Location: Hybrid in hirify.global London or Paris offices

What you will do

  • Empower customers to achieve goals using hirify.global’s platform, data strategies, and partner network
  • Own post-onboarding customer lifecycle: training, retention, growth, and satisfaction
  • Build relationships with key client stakeholders and identify expansion opportunities
  • Relay market feedback to product team and deliver keynotes/webinars on personalization
  • Improve customer-facing and internal processes
  • Create customer advocates and collaborate with marketing on success stories

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in customer-facing role
  • Deep e-commerce knowledge, including platforms and CRO drivers
  • Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving
  • Excellent communication: listening, writing, presenting
  • Ability to challenge assumptions while staying service-oriented
  • Manage priorities in fast-paced environment with minimal direction
  • Fluent English & French

Nice to have

  • Prior SaaS or e-commerce experience
  • Fluent German
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge
  • Email marketing & Visual UGC experience
  • Google Analytics or web analytics tools
