Salary: CAD 130,000 - 145,000 yearly (base + performance bonus)

What you will do

• Analyze sales and customer success performance data to identify skill gaps and productivity opportunities
• Design and lead enablement programs tied to product launches, messaging updates, and go-to-market priorities
• Coach sales and customer success executives on execution, opportunity management, and deal strategy
• Equip frontline managers with frameworks to coach their teams and reinforce sales methodologies
• Partner with product marketing and revenue operations to align initiatives with strategy
• Gather frontline insights to refine enablement priorities

Requirements

• 8+ years in sales, customer success, or customer-facing roles
• 5+ years in sales enablement, productivity, or training
• Experience in B2B SaaS or technology companies
• Experience coaching sales leaders or frontline managers
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Interest in sustainability, ESG, and responsible business practices
