Salary: £42,879 - £67,381 a year (includes base, variable and equity)

What you will do
- Lead implementation and post-sale experiences for a diverse portfolio, prioritizing NHS accounts.
- Develop account plans to maximize lifetime value, identify expansion opportunities, and exceed clinical/economic targets.
- Navigate NHS-specific compliance and procurement frameworks for seamless project delivery.
- Use quantitative reporting and business reviews to demonstrate ROI and product value.
- Act as a trusted advisor, managing proactive strategy and reactive queries with partners.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Direct experience working in or with the NHS (operational, procurement, or partnership roles).
- 2+ years in Customer Success, Implementation, or Account Management (startup experience preferred).
- Proficient in data tools like Excel/Google Sheets to track growth metrics and account health.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills for aligning client expectations.
- Highly organized, collaborative mindset with a bias toward action in fast-paced environments.
- AI Proficiency: At least Level 1 (uses AI daily for personal productivity).
