TL;DR

Customer Success Manager, UK (NHS): Manage end-to-end client lifecycle for NHS accounts with an accent on navigating procurement, governance, and stakeholder landscapes. Focus on driving retention, account expansion, and demonstrating ROI through data-driven insights and strategic growth plans.

Location: Remote, must be based in the UK with the right to work in the UK. No relocation assistance.

Salary: £42,879 - £67,381 a year (includes base, variable and equity)

What you will do

  • Lead implementation and post-sale experiences for a diverse portfolio, prioritizing NHS accounts.
  • Develop account plans to maximize lifetime value, identify expansion opportunities, and exceed clinical/economic targets.
  • Navigate NHS-specific compliance and procurement frameworks for seamless project delivery.
  • Use quantitative reporting and business reviews to demonstrate ROI and product value.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, managing proactive strategy and reactive queries with partners.

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Direct experience working in or with the NHS (operational, procurement, or partnership roles).
  • 2+ years in Customer Success, Implementation, or Account Management (startup experience preferred).
  • Proficient in data tools like Excel/Google Sheets to track growth metrics and account health.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills for aligning client expectations.
  • Highly organized, collaborative mindset with a bias toward action in fast-paced environments.
  • AI Proficiency: At least Level 1 (uses AI daily for personal productivity).
