What you will do
- Establish credibility and build strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and challenges.
- Develop sales strategies with the team to identify growth opportunities, including other divisions within customer organizations.
- Proactively upsell and cross-sell products, with strong focus on AI offerings for contact center efficiency.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to position as a leader.
- Generate leads through networking, cold-calling, and events; own full sales cycle from lead to closure.
- Meet quarterly and annual sales quotas, maintain forecasting in SFDC, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of successful sales experience with track record of exceeding targets, preferably in CCaaS/SaaS with 100-3,000 agent accounts
- Experience selling at C-level with documented sales excellence as a hunter and closer
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment
- Superior professional presence and business acumen
