What you will do

  • Establish credibility and build strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Develop sales strategies with the team to identify growth opportunities, including other divisions within customer organizations.
  • Proactively upsell and cross-sell hirify.global products, with strong focus on AI offerings for contact center efficiency.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to position hirify.global as a leader.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold-calling, and events; own full sales cycle from lead to closure.
  • Meet quarterly and annual sales quotas, maintain forecasting in SFDC, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of successful sales experience with track record of exceeding targets, preferably in CCaaS/SaaS with 100-3,000 agent accounts
  • Experience selling at C-level with documented sales excellence as a hunter and closer
  • Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Superior professional presence and business acumen
