TL;DR

Location: Remote from anywhere in the world, generally looking for North American time zones

Salary: $150,000 - $190,000 USD OTE (50% base, 50% variable)

What you will do

  • Close $20K-$100K ACV new business deals from trial to contract and execute expansions with existing customers.
  • Run discovery to uncover needs, deliver customized demos for diverse use cases, and navigate complex buying processes with multiple stakeholders.
  • Build compelling business cases, ROI models, and mutual evaluation plans for executive buy-in.
  • Stay current on product features, continuously learn, and contribute to sales methodology and playbooks.
  • Share wins/losses openly, support teammates, and foster a high-performance team environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years closing B2B SaaS/technology sales with $30K-$50K ACV deals
  • Proven quota exceedance and top performer track record
  • Consultative selling expertise: deep discovery and value-based business cases
  • English proficiency at CEFR C2 / ILR Level 5 (spoken, written, reading)
  • Strong alignment with company values; self-starter for async, distributed remote work.
