What you will do

• Write and refine medical guidelines and prompts for LLMs to ensure accurate clinical responses in agentic workflows and knowledge graphs.
• Translate medical knowledge into structured formats aligned with current standards across urgent care, primary care, chronic disease, and medication management.
• Organize medical databases, develop evaluation frameworks, and create metrics for LLM performance in diagnosis, treatment, and prescription safety.
• Collaborate daily with engineering on AI architecture, gather physician feedback, and integrate AI with EHR systems.

Requirements

• MD, DO, or equivalent with completed residency; strong clinical decision-making in urgent care, primary care, or internal medicine preferred
• Data science background with deep understanding of managing large databases
• Demonstrated deep knowledge of AI and large language models; experience or strong interest in prompt engineering
• Comfort with iterative testing, rapid prototyping, EHR systems, and clinical workflows
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams; exceptional writing skills for medical content; experience developing clinical protocols
