What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, secure web applications
• Own core platform modules from concept to release and support
• Influence architecture focusing on performance, reliability, security, and maintainability
• Lead code reviews, provide mentorship, and resolve production issues
• Collaborate with Product Management, QA, and engineers across SDLC
• Integrate AI capabilities like LLMs, agentic patterns, and workflows responsibly

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent
• Expert in C#, .NET, ASP.NET (MVC/Web APIs)
• 3-5+ years in Microsoft stack and full-stack web apps (Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS)
• Strong software design principles, SDLC experience (Agile preferred)
• Hands-on with LLM services (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI) and Python/.NET AI workflows
• Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills

Nice to have

• SQL expertise (SQL Server, performance tuning)
• Microservices, distributed systems, AWS
• Secure development, clinical data, regulated SaaS experience
• Data visualizations, analytics UIs
