What you will do

• Identify and develop partnerships with cloud providers, compute platforms, AI labs, and infrastructure companies across North America, Europe, and Asia for compute credits, tooling, and technical support.
• Secure in-kind support like GPU compute, cloud credits, data infrastructure, and engineering collaborations.
• Work with internal technical teams to understand needs and translate them into partnership opportunities.
• Develop outreach strategies, manage relationships, and track outcomes to support research goals.
• Build broader partnerships with universities, research institutes, and mission-aligned organizations.
• Represent hirify.global in discussions, prepare proposals, and position the organization in AI and research infrastructure ecosystems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Business, or related field.
• 3 to 7+ years in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem roles in technology, AI, research, or startups.
• Experience with cloud platforms, AI infrastructure, or developer ecosystems preferred.
• Track record of building and managing external partnerships.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand technical concepts like AI infrastructure, GPU compute, cloud architectures, and translate into opportunities.
