What you will do
- Own and evolve referral and onboarding strategies from ideation to global rollout
- Build and launch lifecycle campaigns using Braze and internal tools to boost engagement
- Analyze data with SQL and Excel to identify trends, drivers, and growth opportunities
- Design A/B testing strategies, run experiments on messaging, incentives, and placements
- Collaborate with Product, Creative, and Finance to optimize onboarding journeys
- Define KPIs, maintain reporting, and provide recommendations to stakeholders
- Align cross-functional teams on priorities that impact business metrics
Requirements
- 3+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, analytics, or data-driven roles
- Strong SQL and Excel skills for insights and communication
- Track record of lifecycle campaigns with measurable impact
- Deep knowledge of referral, onboarding, and engagement strategies
- Experience building testing plans, interpreting A/B results, and scaling learnings
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns with minimal oversight
- Clear communication and collaboration, especially with Product and Engineering
Nice to have
- Experience with Braze, Asana, or JIRA
- Experience with paid media channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Bing)
