What you will do

  • Own and evolve referral and onboarding strategies from ideation to global rollout
  • Build and launch lifecycle campaigns using Braze and internal tools to boost engagement
  • Analyze data with SQL and Excel to identify trends, drivers, and growth opportunities
  • Design A/B testing strategies, run experiments on messaging, incentives, and placements
  • Collaborate with Product, Creative, and Finance to optimize onboarding journeys
  • Define KPIs, maintain reporting, and provide recommendations to stakeholders
  • Align cross-functional teams on priorities that impact business metrics

Requirements

  • 3+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, analytics, or data-driven roles
  • Strong SQL and Excel skills for insights and communication
  • Track record of lifecycle campaigns with measurable impact
  • Deep knowledge of referral, onboarding, and engagement strategies
  • Experience building testing plans, interpreting A/B results, and scaling learnings
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns with minimal oversight
  • Clear communication and collaboration, especially with Product and Engineering

Nice to have

  • Experience with Braze, Asana, or JIRA
  • Experience with paid media channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Bing)
