TL;DR

Collections Team Lead (Finance): Manage end-to-end collections operations and lead a team of 2–5 associates with an accent on performance metrics, workflow optimization, and cash flow discipline. Location: Remote from the Philippines, working hours 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST (US Timings), Monday to Friday

What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of 2–5 Collections Associates
• Own end-to-end collections operations including follow-ups, payment tracking, and dispute resolution
• Set, track, and optimize team performance metrics like collections efficiency and agent productivity
• Build and improve collections workflows, systems, and SOPs
• Handle escalations, customer/vendor communication, and complex cases
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations; ensure accurate collections reporting

Requirements

• 3+ years in Finance, Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Operations/Project Management in fast-paced environments
• 2+ years managing a team (ideally 2–5 people)
• Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal, for difficult conversations)
• Strong data orientation (Excel, dashboards, tracking metrics)
• Proven ability to improve processes or workflows
• Strong ownership, execution mindset, and independent decision-making

Nice to have

• Experience in B2C collections or high-volume customer operations
• Exposure to CRM or ticketing tools
• Experience implementing or improving collections tools
• Background in finance, revenue operations, or customer success
